  So far I am unimpressed. I waited over an hour before even being fully checked in on my first visit here. I think that a shift change while I was checking in was the culprit, but that has to be a regularly occurring event. Second, I was advised my report would be ready within 24 hours. Three days later and I still don't have results. Not cool. The people are all very friendly but that's really been offset by overall poor service.

  Suggestion... Improve your MRI machine. When I had an MRI at your facility a few months ago... I didn't post a review, although my experience was a bit uncomfortable due to my Plus size. But, today my husband who suffers with back and hip issues had an MRI via the same machine. The experience was uncomfortable on him to say the least. He came away from the test visibly shaking from being in such a cramped space. We know there are better machines. Footnote... all staff during both of our experiences were very professional. No problems there.
